Whimsical Spherical

As one of the more interactive pieces of art on the Sculpture Trail, “Whimsical Spherical,” created by Art Fairchild, allows patrons to spin the sculpture on a 30-degree axis while admiring the intricate tubing and rustic patina.Made from 275 linear feet of 3-inch steel tubing, the sculpture was inspired by the idea of “carving a shape out of chaotic and frozen movement.”
