          ALBAWABA - Lebanese artist Fadi Ibrahim died on Monday at the age of 67, after being transferred to intensive care in a hospital in the Lebanese capital, Beirut.

          According to media sources, the Lebanese star passed away as a result of suffering from complications of diabetes and dialysis over the past months.

          Days after the death of Fadi Ibrahim, his mother, Nola Saied Marouf passed away on Wednesday.

          A joint funeral was held for Fadi Ibrahim and his mother in Lebanon amid the presence of many Lebanese artists and celebrities, including singer Ragheb Alama and actor Bassem Moughnieh.

          Fadi Ibrahim's health case:

          The family of Fady Ibrahim announced earlier that the actor was placed in intensive care following the deterioration of his medical condition.

          They said in a statement: "After the long time, he spent in the treatment period, Fady Ibrahim was transferred to intensive care, and visits were prohibited from him."
